Main Chick Hot Chicken has quickly become a beloved fixture of the LA food scene since our opening in 2019. The restaurant began as a ghost kitchen operating out of Colony, where our talented business partners worked to perfect our signature Nashville-style hot chicken. Before opening our doors, we had already gained a loyal following of fans from popular Night Markets such as 626 Night Market and OC Night Market. Our unique take on hot chicken quickly caught people's attention, and our reputation for delivering delicious, flavorful meals began to grow. As word spread about our food, we decided to open a location to better serve our growing fanbase.
